| The holiday house
“Kakalashkata kashta” is situated in the small village of Kozi rog,
located 10 km. northwest of the town of Gabrovo. The 2-storey house
offers to its guests 4 bedrooms with a total capacity of 12 people, as
well as dining room with fitted kitchen, cooking facilities and a
fire-place. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy, well furnished; each is equipped with own WC and bathrooms, as well as TV-sets with satellite. During the winter season, central heating is available. The house disposes of two taverns with fireplace, where tourists can taste the incredible Bulgarian cuisine and wine (upon further discussion with the owners). Despite, the kitchen is supplied with full equipment for the tourists to prepare their own dinner. The yard, surrounded with greenery and flowers and covered with paving stones bears the atmosphere of the traditional Bulgarian home. At "Kakalashka House", the tourists can enjoy the warmth of a real home together with the modern comfort. During the hot summer they can make sunbaths at the swimming-pool and the view from the spacious verandah. In the evenings, they can enjoy the barbecue. During the cold winter days, they can sit in front of the fireplace with glass of good wine. In the village of Kozi Rog, the tourists will be able to enjoy the old Revival architecture, the fresh mountain air and beautiful nature. While here, the tourists can go for back horse riding or long walks in the mountain. Besides, they can make one-day trips to different places of interest: Dryanovo monastery, Bacho Kiro cave, Ethnographic Open-air Museum "Etar"; visit the old towns Gabrovo (10 km away), Veliko Tarnovo (50 km away) or Drjanovo (25 km away). |
